Our work and services include structural investigations of many types including condition assessments, pre-purchase reviews, PML evaluations, detailed existing structural system and capacity investigations, post-earthquake assessments, insurance investigations and litigation support investigations. 

Our structural rehabilitation project work typically entails detailed structural condition investigations and testing and has given us an expertise useful in both rapid field investigations and assessments and in methodical, detailed investigations of both newer and historical building systems. 

Our post-earthquake investigations and assessments in California, Italy and New Zealand have provided us powerful insights into seismic performance of structural and non-structural systems and an understanding of the structural, financial and social impacts of earthquakes on buildings, building users, owners and local communities.
