California Tower
A B Court & Associates provided prime design professional services for the comprehensive investigations, testing, non-linear analysis and seismic design to retrofit this iconic Historic Landmark structure in Balboa Park. We worked closely with the Parks & Recreation Department, Heritage Architecture and the Historic Resources Board to develop a seamless seismic retrofit system hidden within the historic walls of the building.
